Strict and complete quality control system
Raw material inspection: In order to standardize the inspection and testing requirements for raw materials and ensure the incoming quality of nylon raw materials, refer to the document “Incoming Material Inspection Sampling Plan” to check the packaging, appearance, labeling, performance (melt flow rate and tensile strength, notched impact strength, etc.) of the raw materials, the inspection report submitted by the supplier, and fill in the document “Raw Material Inspection Report”.
First sample inspection: In order to ensure that the products to be produced in this batch meet the company’s quality supervision requirements and customer requirements, and provide reliable basic data and reference samples for subsequent production, refer to the document “First Sample Inspection Standard” to check the appearance, parameters (width, length, thickness, weight), performance (maximum tensile force, high temperature and low temperature resistance, etc.) of the first mold product, the quantity, weight, packaging, and moisture content of the first package of products, and place qualified samples in the “first inspection” sample area of the machine, check and record the parameters of the injection molding machine and packaging machine, and fill in the document “First Sample Inspection Report”.
In-process product inspection: In order to ensure that the products still meet the quality parameter requirements confirmed by the first inspection during the mass production process, refer to the document “In-process Inspection Sampling Plan”, regularly inspect the packaging, appearance, parameters (width, length, thickness, weight), performance (maximum tensile strength, moisture content, etc.) of the products on the production line, and fill in the “In-process Inspection Report”.
Finished product inspection: In order to ensure that each batch of products after production is completed and before shipment meets the company’s quality supervision requirements and customer requirements, refer to the document “Finished Product Inspection Sampling Plan” to check the packaging, appearance, parameters (width, length, thickness, weight), performance (maximum tensile strength, moisture content, high and low temperature resistance, UV resistance, etc.) of the finished products, and fill in the document “Finished Product Inspection Report”
